Leave them Loaded
 

Question, and possibly a bug depending on the answer:

What is the condition for the "Leave them Loaded" achievement? My team has achieved it 3 times, so I know it exists and works in general. In the last game my team played, my closer started the 9th up 5-2, walked the bases loaded, then got Yadier Molina to ground out for the (somewhat ineffectual) save, still 5-2. This did not trigger the "Leave them Loaded" achievement. Should it have?
