PT Universe error?

Not sure if this has been posted yet but,

Looking at the universe screen, the leagues, and i see the attached image.

Can anyone else spot the issue??

(check the promotions.demotions...)

Also, the text at the bottom seems to be showing twice, which means that half of it is unreadable.
