Password Reset Issue
 

I posted this in the Bug Forum because I figured that's where it belonged, but received no replies and certainly no ideas as to the nature of the problem... so I figured I would repost here and see if anybody can help me with the problem:

I created two secondary accounts for additional PT fun, but can log into neither of them. Account creation went well enough, or so I thought. I even received welcoming emails. However, when I try to log in, I get a popup that reads either the username or password is unknown. If I select the "forgot password" option on the popup, a browser window opens and asks for an email address. Then the fun happens...a message appears that informs me that either my email is unknown (it shouldn't be, I did manage to get those welcome messages), or that I've reached the password reset limit of one per day. I did reset the password for my original account, but that was several days ago. I've never reset for the secondary accounts.I'm stumped, and limited to one PT account... which should be enough, but I want MOAR!!!!

When I made my second team I used a different user name but the same password as my first account to avoid this kind of confusion :) Just a thought :)

I just wanted to shout this out as a great idea. I read it awhile back and switched to it, which made things so much easier. And since then I've used it for some other sets of passwords too.
