AI--Roster Problem--Need Help!
 

As a test, I handed over my PT controls over to the AI to control overnight.


First thing this morning, everything is looking good.


Next, I buy a player from the auction.


Next, I change my settings so that I gain 100% control back for my team.


Next, I go in and look and the AI just sent 7 players from the Active Roster down to the Reserve Roster.


The problem......Every one of the 33 players currently shown on my reserve roster can not be used as none of them have been on there for the allotted 14 day time period.


Currently, I am showing only 18 active players; 9 pitchers, and 9 position players; I now have zero available players to pitch-hit or to pitch-run and I only have four pitchers in my bullpen.

I'm also flat broke and I am down to only 16pp and I can't buy any more players.


I feel as if I am back in the days of my childhood playing Little League with barely enough players to field a team! :rolleyes:


So what can I do besides "ride it out"?


Anyone else seeing anything like this going on with their team, too?

Yeah I have a reliever I bought off the auction house that I've been struggling to keep in the lineup. I put him on the roster and submit the team. He'll play a game and for whatever reason he's back on the reserve roster with a 14 day cooldown afterwards. He's only been able to play in 4 games to this point due to this being a constant issue. Even when I first bought him, I tried to put him on the active roster but when I hit the submit button, he was placed back on the reserve list with a cooldown. It's frustrating as he's the only player this is happening to thus far.

Once you get your reliever on the active roster, you need to left-click on his name and select "Select Game Strategy"


Next, check the box that says "Lock to current minor league team (prevent AI promotion/demotion/strategy override)"




Also, make sure on the main page to select "Main"--"Perfect Team Strategy" and go to the right page and be sure your settings for "Team Control Settings" are set the way you want them to be; either you or the AI controlling things.

This should not happen... what's your username and the player in question?
