Missing card from pack
 

I bought a standard pack, and it looks like I didn't receive a 6th card properly. I can see Albies, Castillo, and Nova in my roster (Marrero and Ramirez were auto-sold), but I don't see a new name to represent the 6th card anywhere in my roster. I've checked to see if I had any new duplicates (I don't), or if it was inactive, but it doesn't look to be that way. Is there any way to fix this?

…..this happened on 12-15-18 when I purchased 3 standard packs

The "Silver Surfer" never appeared on any of my rosters...

This happens when the client can't download the card image for some reason (usually because the connection is reset). The card will still be there in your inactive cards or reserve roster, but you just have to do some detective work to figure out which card it is ;)

I had the same issue, bought 25 packs, blank card had a gold back and was the final pull. Have auto-sell on for cards under 70 and there was a OVR 51 in my inactives.

I just got the same issue. And since I keep my inactive roster tidy I know that just 5 cards were added to it, not 6.
