Starting pitcher used in wild card game when set to NO.

I have my pitching lineup set to NO for using starters in relief, yet my second starter was brought in in relief of my first starter for the Wild Card game.

I also have my team not submitted automatically. Do we need to resubmit our teams for the playoffs?
