Overall Strategy settings aren't sticking
 

A few times now, including this morning, I've logged in to find my previous Overall Strategy settings mysteriously reverted to the default (dead-middle on everything).
Sometimes they've been some manual adjustments that disappeared; more recently it's one of the sabermetrics presets. Either way they're not sticking, and my team continues to get caught stealing far too often.
(If there is some Save command I'm missing, or something, please let me know.)
