I didnt get the confirmation email for new challenge account
Need HELP getting the new account Email Authenticator to send a code to my gmail. The first time I tried, I actually input the wrong gmail address. Then I created that gmail address whose gmail address I had mistakenly used (yes it was available) and requested the code be resent. This is for xxx at gmail. I have requested a resend twice.
I was going to create a support ticket but I tried and I have zero idea how to register on that site to create a ticket. There are places to log-in and a place to subscribe, but I dont see a place to register one's email there. (And even if there was, maybe I would use a nonexitent email again--just kidding.) |

Yeah, you're definitely going to want to get in touch with us at the support ticket staff to resolve your account issue. Especially if it's incorrect and needs editing. When you want to submit your ticket just use the register button that I've highlighted in the attachment. That'll let you set up your account for support tickets and then you should be able to send us the details and we'll work on it with the devs who run the accounts. Thanks Alex |

I have a similar problem. When I attempt to register for OOTP Challenge, I receive the response "email" already in use" That happens to be my email which also pays the bills

Hey Stan,
If you're using that email here on the forums for your account that is the same account (Emails/Password) to use on the game challenge mode. So it is already set up and ready for you. Just use your email address and the password you use here on the forums to log in to your challenge mode. Let me know if that doesn't work for you. Thanks Alex |
