OVR/POT ratings relative to MLB despite what league is selected
Playing a fictional league with the normal MLB minor league systems.
In OOTP 19, when "All player ratings are displayed relative to:" was set to "Arizona Rookie League", the players would have their OVR/POT ratings set relative to the Arizona Rookie League, giving you a good idea of how well a given player would do in that league. In OOTP 20, a player's OVR/POT ratings are always relative to the MLB level regardless of what league I select in "All player ratings are displayed relative to". The players individual ratings (contact, power, stuff, etc) will update to be relative to the selected league, but their OVR/POT remains relative to MLB at all times. It'd be nice to have this return to the OOTP 19 behavior as it was a great way to decide whether a prospect in your international complex was ready to be moved to the lowest minor league system. |
This works fine here.

I think we'll need a little more info on what's happening.
How many leagues do you have loaded, and do you have the same thing happen if you select each one, or is it just the case for one specific league? |
Most importantly, in your league settings, there's a new option for scouting that will cause overall/potential to be drawn from the last scouting report, which overrides any relative to settings you have selected.

Yep, disabling this setting fixed the issue and made it behave like it does in OOTP 19. Thanks for your help Lukas and Matt! |
