wrong draft order

the game is using the draft order from last year and not the one for this year

I echo the wrong draft order comment, but I also noticed having started the game as New York Yankees that I had the #1 pick as well.

Running build 22, a new standard game with challenge mode enabled. Files uploaded to ftp site (yankees_draft.zip).
