OOTP20 Error Play and Data messages
 

I've tried multiple times the last two days to set up and play OOTP20.

I finally downloaded the game and was ready to try playing games. Right away the first two error messages said:

Error: open_data_file_savely - could not open file 'settings/last_date_simulated.dat'

Then when I tried to close the game the error message said:

DATABASE:: save_database - could not save database files OOTP tried to roll back the trnasaction
