Best way to emulate international player market?
 

I always forget how best to set up my real life game world to best simulate the way international stars jump to the US.

I dislike when fictional int'l free agents appear in the offseason who didn't play in simulated leagues the year before. If I turn them off but turn on leagues like *** and the Cuban baseball leagues, will players from those leagues appear in the MLB free agent market in the offseason instead? Or will I just never see any international free agents in the game?
