Scrolling Issue on Editor Page (Windowed Mode)

I've noticed that, when I go to a player's "Editor" tab when I'm in Windowed mode, that I cannot scroll down all the way. My scrolling stops at "Bats." I can scroll down all the way (so I can see "Throws" and "Position/Role") as long as I have the window maximized. I have included pictures documenting the issue below.
