Transaction email

I have received emails concerning transactions but no player involved is listed.
I play historical with real transactions on.

I can confirm I am seeing this as well. Same mode...historical, real transactions.

also got this typo 1/1/1903
obtained
a href="../players/player_429.html">Sam Crawford/a> from CIN.

And also should I assume that putting any injured player on DL with 255 days left rather than listing actual injury with injury time left is working as intended? If so, this makes it difficult to sim more than one day at a time because you don't get a stoppage in play to notify you of the injury and you end up playing with an understaffed roster.
