Auction with auto-sell bug?
Not sure if this is a bug, or working as intended?
At some stage before the last live ratings update I listed a silver card up for auction for 48 hours with the auto sell for 100 if no bids option selected. Evidently there were no bids but I just noticed in my transaction history that he only auto sold for 25 (obviously he must have been bumped down to bronze with the last ratings update). I'm guessing this is a bug. However, if this is how it's supposed to work the text really should be changed regarding the auto-sell option because it states the specific amount you are agreeing for the card to be auto sold for. |
I could see this happening if you had a card up for auction when the ratings changed - I suspect when you started the auction he was a silver but when the auction ended he was a bronze.

Yes, that's what happened. My point is that when I chose to sell him it specifically said auto-sell for 100... not auto-sell for the default amount (which may be less than the current amount). If I knew what happened was possible, I would have made the auction end before the ratings update.

The amount you get is calculated when the auction runs out, so you could get more or less depended if the card went up or down a tier.
