Game Crash When Retrieving Records
 

I play in windowed mode, maximized (which strangely isn't fully maximized) and I am able to reproduce this crash in PT by going to Universe -> Team and Player Records, clicking "apply filters & refresh", and then immediately clicking the maximize window button.
