Have PP but OOTP says I don't

I have about 4k perfect points right now, but every time I try to buy a pack, the game tells me I don't have enough points to buy a Bronze Pack. It's been like this all week, so I have no idea what's going on.

Standard packs are now in the middle & gold packs on the left side
