Playoffs Not Starting
 

I have an online promotion/relegation league. We reached the end of the regular season and the playoffs won't start. Have simmed ahead multiple days after the season and playoffs never kick in. It's the same settings we used in 19 and never had a problem.

I submitted a help ticket and uploaded our league to the FTP a week ago but haven't heard back. Anyone else have this issue? Know of a solution? Thanks
