Cannot load world file - need help!
 

Hi folks,

I believe my sudden computer reboot caused an issue and now I can't load my saved game anymore. I tried the method of copying over all the .dat files from my auto-save folder but I'm still getting the same error message when loading the league...

Any ideas that could help?

I would recommend trying to copy the .dat files to a new directory, and then going through the "Load Game" menu to get it. Sometimes that can help in case there's something going on with files, and not everything copies properly. Hopefully that will be able to restore things, assuming you don't have a backup to restore from.

That didn't seem to work, either. I created a folder called test.lg, copying over the .dat files, and opened it from the Load menu. Still get the same error about the world file.

You can try to upload your files to us: https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...p-developments (be sure to include the autosave folder as well in your zip file), but if recovering from the auto-save doesn't work, unfortunately there's not much else we can do usually about it.
