NPB compensation does not work
 

*** compensation takes the money from the new signing team, but instead of giving it to the team losing the FA, it also takes money from that team.



So when a player is signed in FA, both teams losing and gaining the Compensation eligible player end up paying compensation and neither team gains money from it
