Is there a reason why I can't access my teams on Monday morning

I would like to visit the auction house with the PP's my teams earned from postseason awards before I go off to work, but I can't do that.

You cannot access your league while the league promotion/relegation/creation script is running

The auction house is global. Or is the issue that the league creation would not be able to recognize my roster additions / subtractions?
