Says I quick sold a player I never did?
 

My 99 Luke Appling has disappeared from my account and my transaction history says I quick sold him for 4k? But that never happened? HE was listed for 80k, or something like that and the auction expired without him selling, but when I went to relist him, he was missing and it's reckoning I quick sold him?

I didn't accidentally click tv quick sell him, it would have asked if I was sure and he literally wasn't there.

This is pretty annoying, that's 80k it's pretty much just taken from me?

I hope OOTPD can find out whether this was a bug or not, but there is one other possibility you haven’t mentioned: when you auction a player, there is a checkbox under the prices and duration that asks whether to quick-sell the card if there are no bids. There is no confirmation dialog for this checkbox, so it is possible (and certainly tragic) that you could have checked the box without realizing it.

Cheers, I had never noticed that box until you mentioned it, I'm kind of amazed that exists and is right there, or that it doesn't ask for confirmation, or that it works on valuable cards. I obviously wouldn't have clicked on that deliberately, if that's what's happened and obviously can't rule out my mouse randomly clicking exactly there without me realising, but it seems incredibly unlikely.

If that's what's happening then that's beyond annoying

I just checked your card collection and the 99 Luke Appling is still listed on your team. Maybe it got demoted to inactive? Can you please check the inactive cards and get back to me?

No worries, I have reversed the accident. 99 Appling should be back in your disabled card list.

Hi mate, I really appreciate the help. I don't think it's there, unless I'm being an idiot and just not looking the right place? He doesn't appear to be on my inactive or active roster, where would I find the "disabled card list"?

I meant to say the inactive list. I am going to activate him administratively which means he should now show up on your active player list. Please let me know if he is still not there.
