Draft Related suggestions
 

Here are some suggestions relating to the draft:

1. At present it seems that only North America high school and college players are eligible for the draft. If I edit the draft pool origins to increase the % of international players, these players would still enter the draft as a high school or college players, instead of real international players with no North America background. I would like to have the editing option to have international players entering the draft as real international players, not American high school or college players (i.e. like the real-world NBA setting).

2. The player creation modifiers seem to prefer international signings than draft players. I use a 20-80 scale with 100% accurate scouting. In most years there is not a single player rated above 70 in a draft class. While for the international signing pool, there are usually several 70+ or even 80 players each year, even if the pool is set to generate only 60 players. In the long run, this could easily result in international players dominating the league. It would be helpful if separate player creation modifiers for draft players and international players.
