Missing Card From Pack
 

On Dec. 22, 2019, I purchased a gold pack The first five cards came out fine but the sixth card appeared to a diamond card but it was blank and it has not showed up on my roster. I have checked for inactive cards. I am a longtime OOTP customer and continue to play OOTP 20. Please check into this.
