Coaches I offer contracts seem to vanish
 

Each season this happens.

The UI doesn't allow you to be very efficient when looking for managers.
It takes a LONG time to go through and individually click on each available manager, open his relationships tab, and repeat.

Every season I do this and every season the guys I offer the position to just *poof*

One day they "favors offer" and the next I can't find any evidence they exist.

I end up having to hire ****ty coaches b/c they are all that's left.
