OOTP21 Perfect Team Substitution Bug

Had both a shortstop and catcher substituted in Graphical Depth Chart.
A catcher substituted the shortstop and a shortstop substituted for catcher.

Additionally, updating the graphical depth chart only updates the VS RHP+DH tab, not VS LHP+DH tab as well.
