Claim free gold pack
 

How do we go about claiming the free gold pack in perfect team this morning? I'd like to make sure I get it before the time runs out.

Just start your team and it will be there.

It is not showing up in mine. I had five already out there to begin with and upon signing in, it still only shows five. When I go to transaction history, the last packs I received were two regular packs from a tournament win during the middle of the night.

If you buy the game within a week of release when you start your team you get 5 starter packs and 1 gold. If you use your PT20 login you get a second gold.

I would submit a ticket to OOTP support and let them know what date you bought the game and what day you started your team.

You got the bonus gold pack when you started your team and opened your starter packs originally. There is no extra gold pack today, its simply that the launch deal is ending today

Did you actually start your team yet? It will show 5 packs and 1000 points but until you create a team and start playing you don't have any cards. You gotta do that today to get your gold.

I created a team by picking a name but I did not open any cards yet so I have the packs just sitting there… Including the bonus pack. So you don’t have to actually open them to get the extra pack

I think the OP is just confused about the pop up that came up this morning saying you get a free gold pack...the message was meant for people just purchasing the game and was only reiterating that you would get a free gold pack if you buy the game within the first week. I suspect the OP read that as getting an additional free gold pack today.

Interesting that it ended the 27th.
I just got the email today less than 20 minutes ago. Received other emails for several years. :confused: :confused: :confused:

Aside from that, I have no idea what the Gold pack is. :ohmy: :p ;) :o :unsure:
