Nippon Quickstart?
 

Quarantine is very boring, wondering if anyone has a somewhat accurate Quickstart of the Japanese Nippon league. I don't know enough about any of the teams to make a half decent database and it seems most of the players just have generic ratings.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help, just looking to try something different.

Actually quite a lot of work went into the Japanese rosters during the beta test. The league has a guy, I'd assume from the Far East somewhere that specifically does all the fine tuning on the rosters for ***. So its definitely not "generic"

I did try to make an *** quickstart with logos and ballparks setup; I need to recreate it with the newest rosters and a few adjustments to rules.

Did you want any other leagues in it, like the BCL and SILP, KBO, MLB...?

Anything would be really appreciated

It just seemed to me that most teams only have a handful of guys that are over 1 1/2 stars on the roster even when you have it set relative to the rest of the league

Even then they are still rated to fit into the MLB so the players that end up joining the MLB are not over rated

The roster team works hard to correctly rate them for their own league as well as being able to slide into the MLB

Unfortunately, it seems that quickstarts exclude ballparks. Here's what I've got - logos for ***, ni-gun, BCL, and SILP teams are accurate, as are most of the uniforms (I don't have any for the Tochigi Golden Braves or Shiga United, and Orix's away is too bright). Rosters are same as current patch, and I only slightly tuned the ruleset:
* Teams will play tiebreakers
* No HR derby
* Climax Series Final Stage is best of 7 - save-scum to get the top seed the one-game advantage they deserve
* Ni-gun roster limit is 50 - *** orgs are limited to 70 players + whatever ikusei developmental guys they sign.

Just remembered I was going to add the Miyazaki Phoenix League, a fall tournament for the ni-gun teams, some SILP all-stars, and three other Asian teams. I'll repost with that later this week.

EDIT: First attempt at it blew up in my face. Will try again over the weekend; what I uploaded should be OK.

Thanks for doing this, it is awesome.

Updated the Quickstart - it uses the latest roster data (21.3.48), fixes the Miyazaki Phoenix League to actually have the Shikoku Island All-Stars pull from the entire league, a few other minor rules edits, and makes Meiji Jingu less of a bandbox than it was before.

The original is still available as a separate version on Google Drive, same link.

EDIT: Now version 3 is up, and hooo boy did I go overboard. Industrial league is added, feeder leagues for college and high school join in, the BCL now has Ibaraki and Kanagawa added...and Jingu is not a bandbox anymore.
