When I'm managing, but changes are made for me
 

This might just be me, but I've been playing OOTP for a very long time and have never seen this before. I'm managing a team all settings are set on Human. Yet, all of the sudden there's a pitching change, and I didn't make the change. I'm playing a 1905 game so there are pitchers available, but I didn't warm them up or pinch hit for the starter, but yep, there's a new pitcher on the mound next inning. I'll admit I've been playing OOTP17 for a very long time, but I've never had this happen on that version. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
