No Player Ratings Load in PT

My Perfect Team will not load any player ratings for players across any leagues (PT or PT Tournaments) and just shows dark unfilled bars for every attribute - batters and hitters.

any hotfix for this? it makes the game pretty much unplayable.

I believe this can happen sometimes if a file gets corrupted. I believe you can fix this by going to Main -> OOTP Settings, and making sure the "ratings bars" is set to display the bars. That should fix it for you.
