Can't sign player in Juniors to a NHL contract

I have a plyer, Bickle, who has a junior's contract.
I want to offer him a NHL contract but can't - saying he's still on a junior contract.
I must sign him by the end of the month.
I'm using Custom - NHL/AHL, and have build 132.

No, it was a bug in earlier versions that was setting the transfer relationship between some junior and top-level leagues incorrectly. It's fixed now, but I don't think it's retroactive to games started when it still existed, so the player won't be signable until he becomes too old for junior (or the junior team releases him for some reason.)
