The first thing to try would be updating to the latest version or reinstalling it, to make sure there are no corrupted/missing files causing the crash.
If it still happens after that, we'd need a little more information; the starting point for that would be getting a trace file: on the start screen, go to Settings, and then Troubleshooting, and click on "Enable Debug Trace." Then restart the game, and load your save and try to view a game. When it crashes, go to the game's debug folder (\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 7\debug) and open the fhm_trace.txt document you'll find there. Copy and paste the contents of it to a post here, that'll give us some additional information about your system and possibly the crash.
