Login Punchlist Reset After Vendor Login Problems
 

My daily rewards punchlist for logging in reset after the vendor problems yesterday. When I logged in this morning, the popup punchlist that appears after logging in but before Perfect Team is loaded showed it was my first day and that I should get 100 PPs, which is obviously incorrect. When Perfect Team loaded, the in-game punchlist correctly showed I was on day 2 of Week 4 and was due 1,000 PPs. When I exited the program and logged in again (which I've often had to do to get the login bonuses to register within the game and so was hoping would work this time), the punchlist in the game itself is now reset to day 1 and I was award 100 PPs. Could this please be fixed so I am back to day 2 of Week 4, where I was before the vendor issues?

And now today it says I'm logging in for the first time, Day 1, again. Can this please be fixed?

You did not log in on the 18th and 20th, so yeah it reset.
Remember the Login Streak is timed in UTC, so it can vary some hours for you according to your timezone.

But according to the connection logs, your last action on the 17th was at 17:00 UTC and the next action was Oct 19th 13:47 UTC. So that's almost 2 days in between.
And your last login was today at Oct 21 0:14 UTC, so you skipped the 20th.

As mentioned, I could not log in on the 18th because of the vendor problems acknowledged elsewhere on this site. That is the sole reason for the gap between the 17th and 19th, something completely out of my control. It would be nice if that was acknowledged and I could receive the reward I was due but could not collect. I will accept that, in my frustration over the circumstances, I then, of my own inaction, missed logging in on the 20th, which reset everything "naturally."

Oh, well; lesson learned. Guess I'll see if I can muster the patience to work back up to where I was before all this happened. Thanks for your reply.

Today several of my teams have reset. Hate missing that Historical Pack on those teams.

I know I have had my streak reset multiple times in spite of logging in every day in my time zone. I'm sure its not a "bug" as designed, but it's a frustrating user experience and I think it could benefit from some additional thought.
