2nd string goalie playing more than starter in historical game
 

2nd string goalie playing more than assigned starter in historical game. Cheevers is rated higher than Johnson and I locked the settings to have the higher rated Goalie start, but the game wants to start Johnson. Year:69/70

The game will still start the backup some of the time, having the higher-rated goalie setting maxed will significantly increase the chance that the top guy starts, but doesn't guarantee it (particularly if they're close in ability, as Cheevers and Johnston are.)
