Free Agency bug?
 

I'm almost 99% sure there is a bug surrounding free agency with at least star players. In my run through, Rielly was left in FA even when I had an offer on him in the beginning of the year. I even tried to up my offer for him to accept but I could never submit the new offer to him.

In my second run through, I've signed some pretty big name players in September for cheap, because I'm wondering if the same thing is happening with them with the other teams AI getting stuck not being able to submit offers correctly. For instance I signed Matthews to a 7x6mil contract and Pastrnak to a similar one. Anyone else experiencing this? I just find that if there are 5* players, just wait until september to send in a 6mil or less offer for them for long term.

Yeah, there are some issues with signing/re-signing the top-end players at the moment, particularly for the AI. We're working on fixing it, and will hopefully have it done for the next update.
