Platinum series ending refresher -

They just disappear from packs right? Not from your collections? And are the missions zeroed out and removed if you didn't finish them?

-They only disappear from packs (and I believe PD drafts), not from collections.
-The missions will not be zeroed out and removed, as the reward card from completing all of the Platinum Series missions (Jerry Reuss) is needed for an overall topper for Platinum Series.
