OOTP14 Reinstallation Issue

Recently ran into an issue with my copy of OOTP. Had a problem with the program and could not get it to run. Tried removing the program from my computer and reinstalling it.

After reinstalling it entered the serial number to reactivate the game and for some reason it rejected it. Got a message telling me the eSellerate could not connect to the eSellerate servers due to a failed network request (Error 0x80072EFD).

Really like the game and would like to reinstall it so I can continue playing it.

Esselerate no longer licenses the game. I wish I could give you better news but there is no solution other than buying a steam version. I'm not 100% sure that would work.

And its not possible to buy the older versions off steam anyways
