Is there a setting that I change to see the player cards longer. They flash up so quickly I cant even see who got honors

Do you mean the cards when simulating or somewhere else?

Yes when simulating.

Also Is there a different place they appear ?

There is no way to make the sim slower (I guess you play historical or fictional, thats why it is so fast). The cards are just randomly picked, so you don´t miss anything important.

They also show up on the pre-/post-game screens and if I remember correctly on the championship popup.
