National team job offers
 

I'm playing my first season, took the offer of managing the ECHL Wheeling Nailers. Made the playoffs, but lost in seven games in the first round.

I was disappointed that I didn't get a single national team job offer, though. Do these come at a specific date or require something in particular to fire?

They come in early July. If you don't have any, you may just need more experience.
