My last 4 pack openings have caused OOTP to crash.
 

I am not sure if I ever ended up receiving the cards as the program crashes just before the card animation appears. When I load it back up the packs are no longer in the redeemable area. I am hoping that the cards did populate but I am unsure what to do now. Is there a way that I can verify that I received new cards? Is there a way to resolve the issue and prevent it from continuing to happen?

This has happened to me frequently over the years, but only when I'm on a mac. It's kind of maddening, because that's one of the most exciting moments of the game and you're robbed of it.
The cards wind up being there, but depending on how you have your reserve roster settings, it can be next to impossible to figure out who you just got. The only way I've been able to tell is if they're a high card or a big chunk of a mission.
