Free Agents
 

I believe that free agents should be more proactive. Instead of passively sitting in the dock waiting for offers, why not have free agents aggressively knocking on doors trying to land contracts? As a general manager, I think I might like to hear from free agents who are interested in a contract with my organization. I might also like to find out which free agents out there don't like my organization and aren't interested in offers from my organization. What do you think?
