Newbie question regarding two way player strategy setting
 

Edit: This is Perfect team question. Picked up John Donaldson and Martin Dihingo in Perfect team and wanting to user Donaldson to play field when not starting and Martin to start when not playing 2b.

What strategy setting do I need to adjust to make sure they are used most effectively in both and are not tired when pitching?
