OOTP Go 24 Patch Released 24.08.076018

Hi all,
Small patch out today, no major changes but it should help with some financials calculations, and pick up changes in the most recent desktop patch as always.

24.08.076018 Changes
- Minor changes
- Fixed financial issues related to luxury/revenue sharing
