Charged today for a diamond pack that I did not order and did not receive
Hi my transaction reports shows a diamond pack purchase at 8:08 this morning for 10000 points.It shows a pack was opened at9;19 AM.
I did not order any packs and I did not receive any packs.
Can you please help me with this situation.



I reported this in the bugs section and haven't received any reply.

According to the system, the pack was purchased and opened. It was the pack with Corbin Carroll, Mike Tiernan, and others.

Were you logged in on GO around that 8am time? Is it possible you clicked accidentally when navigating? We'll look to add some extra checks on mobile to prevent accidental purchases, if that was the case.

Help with pack purchase.
 

Hi Matt, thanks for the reply. I did find the Corban Carroll card.
I was logged into the game at 8:08am, but I was sleeping. Iwas still sleeping when the card pack was opened. I'm going to chalk this one up to spiritual intervention.
