User Key Activation Reset?
Hello!
I typically have OOTP installed at home and at work, where I play my online leagues at home, but can jump on to set lineups or look at trade/draft prospects at work in a pinch. Yesterday we got all new computers at work, which is great! However, when I went to install OOTP24 on the new computer, I couldn't put the activation key in, because it was already activated twice. The old computer for work is gone and if there's some sort of 'deactivation' protocol I won't be able to do it. I'm wondering- am I just out of luck for this version, where I'd need to purchase a new key if I want to have access from work? Or is there a method to like, deactivate the activation key? I could deactivate both accounts and reactivate both accounts if that's what needs to happen! Otherwise I'll either wait out until OOTP25 or break down and buy another key if I cannot get buy at work without glancing at my files haha. Thanks for any suggestions! |

Send me an email or a message with the license data and I'll pass that on to get it reset.

I think I'm having a similar issue. Purchased a new iMac and trying to install '24. I have it installed on my MacBook Air. I think I may have forgotten to unlicense a previous install from an older MacBook Pro, so I unlicensed from the current MacBook Air, and I still get the error message. I've emailed FastSpring a week ago and have not gotten a response.
I've also tried used the reinstall game data from the troubleshooting menu also to no avail. Hoping for some guidance. |
