missing executable
 

HELP.....game wont load....i bought OOTP 24 about 6 months ago no problems until about a week ago i got a "missing executable" error when i tried loading the game....i have uninstalled/installed several times and restarted my PC all to no avail...i even tried downloading through another reseller and had no problems downloading but it prompts me to purchase the game again....i have purchased through Steam and have had no problems to this point....even my OOTP 21 works fine i am at a total loss as to what to do at this point....can anyone help?
