Unable to click "layered" buttons
Playing on a Macbook Air, 13.1".
Some times I go to click a button, for instance, "Return To Game". That button sits over other buttons, and it ALWAYS chooses the buttom BEHIND. Usually, if I keep clicking "Return To Game" it will cycle through screens and eventually get back. Right now, I'm trying to view stats in my browser ("Open In Browser"), but the button sits over "History" and "Retire Player Number". I can't get to the browser. I've tried full-screen mode, smaller window, nothing -- I finally took a screen shot of the stats. REALLY annoying. |
What's your screen resolution? Can you post a screenshot?
|
Screen Res is the default, which I believe is 1440 x 990.
Here's an example of the issue. http://thomkeith.net/thom/ootp24.jpg |
When I click "Start Game", it chooses the button behind, which shows me the Oakland lineup. In this case, I'm able to get to the game by clicking "Start Game" again. The issue I was having when I posted, I was trying to open a stats report in my internet browser, but EVERY time I clicked the button to do so, it chose the button behind, and I was unable to output the report. I finally screen shotted that, but that's NOT a viable solution.

I have that issue on PC. However, However there is a sweet spot on the front button where it will work. The selected button is highlighted on hover.
|
That's what I assumed what happened, but it doesn't. I can't get the forward button to highlight -- spent a LOT of time trying. I HAVE figured out a work around, but it's quite awful. I shrink the window, then widen it so that I have to drag the window laterally to see the full screen (first right, then left), which allows me to see the button and click it. That fix is, at best, extremely clunky.
