Players not coming from region but from all over
 

I have a 64-team universe based in North Carolina, divided into six different leagues.

All of the leagues either have US-Appalachia or US-North Carolina listed as the region.

I am doing some test sims. My latest went for 25 years. I looked and players are from all over the world. Practically none from these regions.

I am wondering: is it because I created an association for these six leagues and they share a common draft each year?

I just posted about this issue with Regions in the Beta Testing community thread, so hopefully it gets noticed there. My was team regions not being recognized.
