FTP Not Connecting - OOTP 25

I'm the new commissioner of a league and I'm having trouble uploading a file to the league and updating the game. It's saying I'm not connecting to the FTP server after the game loads all the files. I made sure the game was shut down when I brought in the Commish file.

I have a macbook air with the sonoma ios.
