What would be my chances I buy PT Elite Aaron Judge?

If you have a little more than a million in PP, they'd be excellent right now.

But, I have a limit of 500K for any one card. Maybe, in 2 or 3 weeks I can get it for that.

A reasonable limit. Personally, I cringe at the idea of paying more than 200,000 for one card. Probably why I can't stay in Diamond any more, but I'm just not, not ever jumping on that bandwagon and realize that today's hot new card is next month's fourth outfielder.

How about limited edition Honus Wagner? Is that card still egit?

Judge will eventually drop as 105 cards are introduced in the future. Sporer announced 105 is the highest he will go.

Honus Wagner has been out of the meta for months. Lou Boudreau is just one example of a shortstop that is miles better. Judge will almost certainly be outclassed by Willie Mays. It's hard to believe that an entire roster of 102 cards is an also-ran in diamond. Originally, I was opposed to cards' OVR higher than 100, but now I appreciate it.

No, I'm trying to build me a Honus.

Yeah, I've broken my personal single-card spending limit to go after Honus. WTH, the year's almost over, and that "slouch" Carlos Correa is my worst starting player. Two non-tournament Diamonds to go after sinking far too many points (for my tastes) into Smoky Joe Wood.
